Men's Soccer Drops 4-0 Decision on the Road at Robert Morris
The Central Connecticut men's soccer team fell to 3-7 overall
and 0-3 in Northeast Conference play with a 4-0 loss on the road at
Robert Morris on Friday. A pair of goalkeepers combined for four
saves for the Blue Devils in the loss. Central returns to action
on Sunday at St. Francis (PA).
The Colonials, now 5-4-1 overall and 1-0-1 in league action, saw
four different players score a goal in the victory. They led 3-0
at the half and scored their final goal in the second half to earn
the win.
RMU outshot the Blue Devils 13-10 and held an 8-5 edge in shots on
goal. Toba Bolaji made five saves in net for the Colonials to earn
the shutout.
Prince Samuels led the RMU offense with a goal and two assists in
the match.

Occhialini made three saves in goal for the Blue Devils. James
Perkins added a save in just under 17 minutes of action in the
game.
Central returns to action again on Sunday at St. Francis (PA).
