Ry Sanderson Tabbed ECAC Runner of the Week
Junior Ry Sanderson was named ECAC Runner of the Week
for his performance in the CCSU Blue Devil Invitational this past
weekend. The Bantam, CT native won the 20th annual five mile race
in a time of 26 minutes and 30 seconds.
Sanderson and the Blue Devils finished second in the four team
meet, behind Holy Cross. The Junior won the race for the second
straight year, finishing 14 seconds ahead of the second place
finisher. The CCSU men's cross country team will next compete in
the Dartmouth Invitational on Saturday September 13 at 10:30
