The Northeast Conference has announced their Women's Basketball Webcast Schedule for the 2011-12 season. The Central Connecticut women will be featured in two of the seven webcast games this year.
For the third year in a row the NEC and the Pack Network will be working together to produce the webcasts of the league's featured games. Each of the seven webcast games will be available free of charge on NortheastConference.tv.
"We are thrilled to offer Northeast Conference women's basketball fans the opportunity to watch live action throughout the season, including a few marquee rivalry match-ups," said Noreen Morris, NEC Commissioner. "This free access package is just one component of the NEC's commitment to enhance the fan experience across all media platforms."

Central's first NortheastConference.tv appearance will come on February 6, when the Blue Devils travel to St. Francis (NY) to take on the Terriers. Last season the Blue Devils pulled out an exciting 57-54 victory at the Pope Physical Education Center.
Five days later, the Pack Network crew will come to Detrick Gym for a Saturday afternoon showdown with Quinnipiac. The February 11, CCSU-Quinnipiac match-up will be the first of two "Rivalry Week" games aired on NortheastConference.tv this season.
This is the first season that the NEC webcast package will include two rivalry games.
Craig D'Amico and Matt Harmon will once again serve as play-by-play announcers. Former Seton Hall head coach Phyllis Mangina enters her second season as the lead color analyst with longtime NEC-TV announcer Pam Roecker filling in.
The Blue Devils will return to acton tomorrow afternoon with a 1 p.m. game against Robert Morris. That game can be seen live on CCSUBlueDevils.tv.
