Women's Golf 3rd of 12 at Dartmouth

The Central Connecticut women's golf team stands in third place out of 12 teams after the first round at the Dartmouth Women's Invitational.  

Junio Stephanie Bednar led the pack for the Blue Devils with a day one score of 77, she is tied for sixth place.  Classmate Katie Reid is tied for 13th after carding an 81.

Freshman Albrianna Farnum shot 42-41 for a day one 83 and a tie for 22nd place.  She is joined by sophomore teammate Elisabeth Beloin who also went 42-41 for an 83.  

Sophomore Gina Grant shot an 86 and is tied for 33rd.

Central's day one team score of 324 stands behind only Dartmouth (303) and Hartford (320) and puts them in front of nine other schools.
