The younger Blue Devils ran out 5-1 winners with two goals each from Kerriann Welch and Lauren Varholak and one from Jewel Robinson. Jen Fischer scored for the Alums. However, the player of the game was former goalkeeper Ashley Ferra who pulled off a series of great saves throughout the game.

After the game the current and former players gathered for the presentation of the end of season awards.

Goalkeeper Nikola Deiter was recognized with the Player of the Year Award. Allison Kelley and Robinson shared the honor of the Player's Player of the Year award. Brittany Jackson and Rosie Maguire were top goalscorers.

Erin Egan won the award for highest GPA with a perfect 4.0.

The game closed out the Spring season for the team. They report back for preseason on August 3rd and open the 2012 season on August 17th at Boston University.  The 2012 women's soccer schedule will be released shortly.
