The Central Connecticut women's track team opened its season at the Bryant Invitational today. The Blue Devils had several good performances at the non-team scoring event. The Blue Devils were led by senior Katherine Bossardet who finished second in the steeplechase.
Here are a few of the Blue Devils top performances from Saturday.
Senior Katherine Bossardet finished second in the 3,000 meter steeplechase. She ran a time of 11:47.48.
Sophomore Dara Edge finished ninth in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 16.16 seconds.
Finishing fourth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase was freshman Elizabeth Eberhardt who posted a time of 11:59.79.
The Blue Devils return to action next week at UConn.
