2019 Indoor: Threw shot put 4.80 meters at the Wagner College Invitational...Competed in shot put (4.78 meters) at the Ramapo College Season Opener...Recorded a personal best throw of 5.36 meters at the Joe Donahue Games....Ran the 800 meter (2:46.05) at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic...Ran the same event and finished in 2:48.20 at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational...Ran the 800 meter in 2:43.79 at the 2019 NEC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

2017 Cross Country: Set a personal best for the 5K (20:00.6) at the 2017 Minuteman XC Invitational...Ran a best time of 11:24.5 for the 3K at the 15th Annual CCSU Mini Meet...Finished 182nd overall and set a best time of 24:35.0 for the 6K at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships...Placed 140th overall at the IC4A ECAC XC Championship for the 5K.

Before Central: Named All-Division at the Cross Country Championship meet as a senior...Ran varsity all four years in cross country, indoor and outdoor track...Was a member of the outdoor track team who went undefeated all four seasons at Woodland Regional.
