Bio
McAlister Milne joined the CCSU Swimming & Diving coaching staff, as an assistant, in the summer of 2025. He comes to New Britain after a successful swimming career at Southern Connecticut State, where he was the 2023 NE10 Conference Swimmer of the Meet.
Milne earned his degree in Sports Management from SCSU in May 2025.
BEFORE CCSU:
Mandell Jewish Community Center (Winter 2023 - present)
- Senior coach for high school swimming age group
Wampanoag Swim Club (Summer 2024)
- Head coach for summer league team
- Provided private individualized training for swimmers of all ages
COMPETITIVE EXPERIENCE
Southern Connecticut State Swimming and Diving (2020-25)
- 2023 NCAA Division II National Championship qualifier
- Named 2023 NE10 Conference Swimmer of the Meet
- Won 15 NEC10 gold medeals at SCSU
University of Connecticut Swimming and Diving (2019-20)
- Earned a varsity letter for the Huskies
