Cross Country Schedule Announced for 2026

The Central Connecticut State men's and women's cross country teams announced its 2026 schedule on Monday. The Blue Devils will host a pair of home meets this season and be in search of sweeping the men's and women's NEC crowns for a third straight season.

On the men's side, the Blue Devils have won an NEC-record 13 league championships, including four of the past five. The CCSU women have won an NEC-record nine league championships, including seven of the last eight.

2026 Cross Country Schedule Highlights

• The campaign begins on September 4 at the Adelphi Invite. The race will be held at Bethpage State Park in Farmingdale, NY.
• The Blue Devils will run at the LIU Fall Festival on September 14 in Brookville, NY.
• Central will host its first meet on September 26 with the Ted Owen Invitational at Stanley Quarter Park.
• The New England Championships will be run on October 9.
• The CCSU Mini Meet will be the final race before the NEC Championship, and will be run at Stanley Quarter Park on October 23.
• The NEC Championships will be hosted by LIU in Brookville, NY, on October 31.
• The NCAA Northeast Regional Championships are set for November 13 at Bethpage State Park in Farmingdale, NY. and the NCAA Championships will be run November 21 in Terre Haute, IN.
