2010-2011: Ran a career best 8:34.04 in the 3,000m at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championship which was good for third place...Tabbed a second place rank in the 10,000m (30:13.31) at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships.

2008-09: Placed 21st at the Northeast Conference Cross Country Championships...Ran a 32:02.94 in the 10,000 meters to place fourth at the NEC Outdoor Championships...Also placed seventh in the 5,000 meters at the NEC Championships with a time of 15:26.45.

Before Central: Two year cross country captain at Waterford...Captain of the indoor track and field team in 2007-08...Team MVP of the cross country team in 2006 and 2007.
