Ran a best time in the 800m race at the Blue Devil Invitational, crossing the finish line in 1:50.97 to take first place... Won two gold medals at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, one in the 800m (1:53.89) and one in the 1,500m (3:55.28). He also competed in the 5,000m race, coming in at 16:01.28... Finished out the season competing in the 800m run at the 2023 Yale Last Chance Meet, coming in at 1:51.17 to place third.

2022-23 Indoor: NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll... Ran a personal best time of 8:34.41 in the 3000m race at the Wagner Invite... Placed second in the 1000m run (2:29.23) at the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships... Notched a personal best time in the mile (4:09.06) at the 2023 Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite...
