Men's Cross Country Named USTFCCCA All-Academic
The Central Connecticut men's cross country team earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division I All-Academic honors on Wednesday.
The Central Connecticut men's cross country team earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division I All-Academic honors, the USTFCCCA announced Wednesday afternoon. The Blue Devils were one of 179 Division I men's programs across the entire country to earn the All-Academic honors.

The six-time defending Northeast Conference champions qualified for the award by achieving a cumulative team grade point average of 3.11. In order to be eligible for the award a team must acquire a team grade point average above 3.0. The Blue Devils were one of three teams to represent the Northeast Conference amongst the All-Academic list. They were accompanied by Sacred Heart (3.31 GPA) and Saint Francis U (3.26 GPA).
