2017-18: Started all 30 games and averaged a team-high 32.0 minutes per game...Averaged a team-high 6.3 rebounds and was second on the team with 11.1 points per game...Led the Blue Devils with 32 steals...Shot .824 from the foul line...Posted four double-doubles...Scored a season-high 25 points (8-of-9 shooting) with nine rebounds at Penn State...Had 21 points and 12 rebounds against Bryant...Had 16 points and 10 rebounds with two steals at Robert Morris in the NEC Tournament...Had 15 points, 13 rebounds and a career-high seven assists at St. Francis Brooklyn...Posted 15 points, 10 rebounds and a career-high five steals at Albany.

2016-17:  Started in 29 of the Blue Devils’ 31 contests as a sophomore…Sank a career high 29 points at Saint Francis U. making a career best nine field goals, four of which from downtown…Recored four double-doubles…Distributed a career high five assists at UMass…Was the team’s second leading rebounder with 6.7 per game…Gathered a collegiate high 15 boards at home against Hartford…Averaged 8.7 ppg, 1.3 apg, and converted 36.2 percent from the floor including 34.7 from beyond the arc…Netted 23 points in a home win over Bryant…Sent back a pair of blocks on three different occasions…Recorded three steals at Syracuse…Totaled 261 points, 202 rebounds, 39 assists and 19 steals.

2015-16: Saw action in 25 games as a freshman for the Blue Devils… Averaged 12.1 minutes per game, highlighting 32 minutes of action on the court on Jan. 30 against St. Francis Brooklyn… The freshman drained a season high 17 points, eight rebounds, and a pair of assists and steals in the overtime victory against St. Francis…  Scored 65 total points during the season, averaging 2.6 per contest on 22-73 (30.1%) shooting, 54 rebounds, 10 steals, and five assists… Connected on a career best three three-point field goals at home on Feb. 22 against Mount St. Mary’s… Also reeled in per game averages of 2.2 rebounds, 0.4 steals, and 0.2 assists in her first year as a Blue Devil.

Before Central:  Attended Shaler Area High School where she played for head coach Neal Martin…Also a member of the PA Pride AAU team coached by Sam Pierce…While playing at Shaler, Lydon was a three time member of the Quad A All-Section 3 Team…Was a two time Penn-Trafford Tournament MVP…Named to the Pittsburgh North Fab Five Team.
