2008-09: Recorded a season-best time in the 3,000 meters at the Sorlein Invitational, finishing in 10:45.51…Also went 41:11.73 in the 10,000 meters at the NEC championship meet, which was good for 12th place.
2007-08: Timed in at 2:39.34 in a season-best performance in the 800m run at the NEC Outdoor Championships.
Before Central: Competed in track and field as well as soccer at East Hartford...Sportsmanship Award winner in 2004 and 2006...All-State performer in the 4x800m in 2005 and 2006.
