2023 Outdoor: First Team All Northeast Conference... Ran a collegiate best time of 11:00.52 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the UConn Northeaster Challenge to finish second... Finished third in the 2,000m steeplechase with a best time of 7:05.19 at the Holy Cross Invitational. She also competed in the 800m, finishing in 2:25.87 (collegiate best)… Won the 3,000m steeplechase at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, crossing the finish line in 11;21.47. She also placed eighth in the 5,000m race, coming in at 18:56.63 (collegiate best)… Finished out the season competing in the 3,000m steeplechase at the 2023 Yale Last Chance Meet, finishing in 11:04.26 to place third.
2022-23 Indoor: Finished third in the 3000m race at the Ramapo College Opener, with a personal best time of 10:36.51... Ran a personal best in the 1000m race (3:00.71) at the 2023 Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite... Placed fourth in the mile with a personal best time of 5:05.92 at the 2023 NEC Indoor Track and Field Championships to help her team to their second straight Northeast Conference title.
2022 Cross Country: All-Northeast Conference. Northeast Conference All-Rookie. 1x NEC Rookie of the Week. Finished 23rd at the Father Bede Invitational (3.11m) with a time of 20:37.3. Ran the Ted Owen Invitational 5k with a time of 19:16.5, finishing 25th. Competed at the New England Championships (5k), crossing the finish line in 61st place with a time of 19:40.4. Ran collegiate bests at the CCSU Mini Meet (3k- 10:41.4), the NEC Championship (5k- 18:49.8), and the NCAA Regional Championship (6k- 23:25.1). Helped the team to win their 5th consecutive NEC Championship.
