Ran the Ted Owen Invitational 5k with a time of 19:16.5, finishing 25th. Competed at the New England Championships (5k), crossing the finish line in 61st place with a time of 19:40.4. Ran collegiate bests at the CCSU Mini Meet (3k- 10:41.4), the NEC Championship (5k- 18:49.8), and the NCAA Regional Championship (6k- 23:25.1). Helped the team to win their 5th consecutive NEC Championship.

The Central Connecticut women's cross-country team was announced the winner of the Fall Team Sportsmanship Award by the Northeast Conference on Friday.
After winning their fifth straight Northeast Conference Championship, the Central Connecticut women's cross country team had four runners selected to the All-NEC teams and two making the All-Rookie team.
The Central Connecticut women's cross country team ran at the NCAA Northeast Regional on Friday at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, NY. Senior Ashley Dana was the top finisher for the Blue Devils, finishing 67th.
Women's cross country defended it's title for the fifth year in a row, seventh of all-time, and were crowned Northeast Conference Champions on Friday at B & D Acres Farms in Tyrone, PA.
Senior, Ashley Dana, and freshman, Maegan Desmarais represented the Blue Devils in this week's Northeast Conference Awards. Dana secured Athlete of the Week honors for the fourth time this season and Desmarais earned title of Rookie of the Week.
Ashley Dana and Brooke Morabito took fourth and fifth place at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championships this Saturday. The Blue Devils placed three runners in the top 15, finishing second overall behind Quinnipiac.
