Football letterwinner.  Named thirteenth Head Coach of the Green Bay Packers in 2000.  Coached three years at Stamford High School and Worcester Academy.  Started coaching college football in 1982 spent time at Pittsburgh, Tulane, Holy Cross, and Texas A & M.  Joined the Packers in 1996 as tight ends/assistant offensive line coach under Coach Mike Holmgren.  Left with Holmgren to go to Seattle in 1999 as offensive coordinator.
