2023 Outdoor: Ran collegiate bests in both the 800m (2:04.69) and the 1,500m (4:13.83) races at the AIC Yellowjacket Invitational... Notched a best time in the 5,000m race at the Holy Cross Invitational, finishing in 15:55.41... Competed in the 1,500m race at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, crossing the finish line with a time of 4:15.09.

Central Connecticut Men’s Track and Field hosted the Blue Devil Invitational today at the CCSU Track in New Britain, CT. Central honored their 20 seniors, 11 female and nine male student athletes, prior to the start of the meet.
CCSU men’s track and field took third place at the UMass Flagship Opener today. Central snagged three first-place finishes including Yankarlos Diaz in the 5,000m race, Ed Williams Jr. In the 110m hurdles, and the Blue Devils’ 4x100m relay.
CCSU men’s track and field competed at the American International College Yellowjacket Invitational this weekend in Springfield, MA. The Blue Devils snagged five first-place finishes to win the meet with 170.5 points.
