Volleyball Unwraps 2026 Schedule

The Central Connecticut State University volleyball team announced its 2026 schedule on Tuesday. The Blue Devils open the season at home with three matches against Holy Cross (Aug. 28), Siena (Aug. 29) and Rhode Island (Aug. 30).

2026 Volleyball Schedule Highlights

• The Blue Devils will host 13 home matches this season, including opening the season at home (Aug. 28-30) against Holy Cross, Siena, and Rhode Island
• The Blue Devils will play in multi-match weekends at Sacred Heart (Sept. 4-5), at Iona (Sept. 10-12)  and at Fairfield (Sept. 17-19)
• The final non-conference match is home against Bryant on Sept. 22
• CCSU will play 14 conference matches this fall, beginning at New Haven on Oct. 2 and 3
• Central will travel to Mercyhurst (Oct. 23-24) and LIU (Oct. 30-31) for NEC play
• The Blue Devils host FDU for its NEC home-opener on Oct. 9-10
• Central also hosts Chicago State (Oct. 16-17), Le Moyne (Nov. 6-7) and Stonehill (Nov. 13-14) in home NEC weekends
• The top-four squads from the regular season will meet in the NEC Tournament, Nov. 20-21, with the matches being played at the highest seed.
