Alumni Association to Host Basketball Tip-Off Dinner with Howie Dickenman and Beryl Piper

The CCSU Alumni Association wil host a basketball tip-off dinner with head coaches Beryl Piper and Howie Dickenman on Wednesday night, November 10 at 6 p.m. The dinner will be held on campus in the Constitution Room in Memorial Hall and is $20 per person. The event will showcase the two head coaches and feature previews from both regarding the upcoming basketball seasons.

Parking for the event is available in the Vance Parking Garage after 5 p.m.

The women's team opens the 2010-11 season on Friday night, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. again the University of Hartford in Detrick Gym. The men's team opens the season on Saturday night, Nov. 13 at the Connecticut 6 Classic at the Mohegan Sun Arena against Hartford. Game time is 6 p.m.
