Women's Basketball Travels To FDU, Hosts Stonehill
The Blue Devils are home Saturday for NGWSD.
The Central Connecticut State women's basketball team takes to the road for the first time since January 8th, when it travels to FDU on Thursday night for a 7:00 pm NEC contest. The Blue Devils return home on Saturday to host Stonehill. That game at Kaiser Hall is set for 1:00 pm

OPENING NOTES
• The Blue Devils home game with Stonehill is the annual National Girl's and Women in Sports Day celebration. A youth sports clinic precedes the game and is open to girls in grades K-to-6. For more information, or to register, click here.
LOOSE BALLS ...
• Lucia Noin tallied 30 points, for a second career-high in three games, versus SFU. She has scored in double figures in eight consecutive games and is third in the NEC, averaging 17.2 ppg against league opponents.
• Kiyah Lewis is averaging 12.8 points per game in NEC play (10th), shooting 41.5 percent from the field. She is also good on 90.5% ( 19-21) from the free throw line in conference play, third best, while her 77.8 percent on the season from the stripe is second in the NEC.
• Jessica Farrell notched her first game over 20 points, scoring 21 on 10-14 shooting versus Mercyhurst. She also pulled a season-bes nine rebounds in that contest.
• Kayla Henry averaged 13.5 points, 6.0 boards and 3.5 assists in the past two games. The five assists is a career-high, and gives her 21 for the season
• Cierra Pearson pulled down a season-best eight rebounds versus SFU, one shy of her career-high. She is second on the team with 28 steals, and has two or more in five straight games and at least one in nine straight games. She is averaging 2.2 steals per game in league play, fourth in the NEC, while her 1.9 steals per game on the season is fourth. Pearson scored 10 versus Vermont.
