Men's Soccer Draws With VMI on Saturday
Santiago Marin Gutierrez scored two first-half goals and the Central Connecticut men's soccer team earned a 2-2 draw against VMI on Saturday in New Britain.

KEY MOMENTS
- The Blue Devils took an early lead just 12 minutes into the game when Joey Tata sent a low cross into traffic and Santiago Marin Gutierrez got a foot to it to make it 1-0.
- VMI would tie the game in the 20th minute when Jesse Lee sent a free kick into the area and Connor Reid got a head to it to make it 1-1.
- Marin Gutierrez would score his second of the period in the 23rd minute. The Blue Devils earned a free kick and Marin Gutierrez stepped up and lined a shot into the upper right corner to make it 2-1.
- VMI tied the game just under 10 minutes into the second half when Thomson Duolo headed home a corner kick.
