Blue Devils Will Close Out 2025 At St. Francis (Pa.) On Sunday
The CCSU men's soccer team wrapped up its 2025 home schedule on a chilly Thursday afternoon in New Britain with a 3-0 Senior Day loss to the LeMoyne College Dolphins. Central is now 1-13-2 overall and 1-6-1 in conference play. LeMoyne moves to 4-9-2 overall and 3-3-2 in the NEC.

- LeMoyne broke the scoring ice quickly on Thursday when Rhys Allport found the back of the net just 4:52 into the match.
- The Blue Devils nearly tied the contest in the 35th minute when Johannes Gikas had back-to-back shots that banged off the post and the crossbar.
- The visitors would put the match away two goals in the second half coming in the 72nd and 77th minutes.
- Central's Joey Tata had two quality scoring chances that would have tied the game in the 62nd minute, but both shots were stopped by LeMoyne goalkeeper Wyatt Dupell, who picked up the clean sheet with a total of six saves on Thursday.
