Swimming & Diving Unveils 2025-26 Schedule
Three-time defending NEC champions open the season September 21st
Head swimming and diving coach Bill Ball announced the Central Connecticut State swimming and diving schedule for the season ahead. The Blue Devils, who have captured three consecutive NEC Championships, will host four competitions during the 2025-26 campaign.
2025-26 Swimming & Diving Schedule Highlights
- The season begins with the CCSU Opener Water Festival, at Lake Terramuggas on September 21st and serves as a qualifier for the CSCAA Open Water National Championship on December 14th
- The first dual meet comes September 25th at Army West Point
- The Blue Devils host their first of three on campus events October 18th when Stony Brook visits Suydam Natatorium
- Central once again hosts Friday Night Sprints, November 14th
- Senior Day will fall on January 16th when the Blue Devils welcome Sacred Heart for day one of a two-day meet, that concludes at SHU the next afternoon
- CCSU once again heads to Worcester, MA the opening weekend of December for the Gompei Invitational, a three-day event
- The annual two-day dual with New Hampshire falls Octoner 24-25 and the following week will find the Blue Devils at Southern Connecticut for a double dual with Wagner
- Central will also swim Binghamton (at NJIT) on November 8th and closes the dual schedule at Rhode Island on January 24th
- The quest for a four-peat will be back at Spire Academy in Geneva, OH, running February 17th throgh the 20th
