McAlister Milne Joins Swimming & Diving Staff
2023 NE10 Swimmer of the Year swam at SCSU
Head swimming and diving coach Bill Ball announced the addition of McAllistar Milne to the Blue Devils coaching staff. He joins the staff, alongside Ball and diving coach Kim Caruso for the 2025-26 campaign.
"It is great to add McAllister to our coaching staff," said Ball. "With Kim and McAllister on the deck, we have an experienced and talented group of coaches that I am excited to have part of our program going forward."
Milne graduated from Southern Connecticut where he was a member of the Owls swimming and diving team. He was named the 2023 NE10 Conference Swimmer of the Meet and qualified for the NCAA Championships in 2023. Over his career he won 15 NE 10 gold medals. Milne began his collegiate swimming career at UConn in the 2019-20 season.
A native of Glastonbury, CT, Milne has coached for both the Mandell Jewish Community Center and the Wampanoag Swim Club. He earned his degree in Sports Management in May 2025.
The Blue Devils open the season with the CCSU Open Water Festival, September 21st. The first dual meet comes four days later at Army West Point.
