Carroll Captures Bronze On Both Boards At ECAC Championship
Junior is two-time reigning NEC Outstanding Diver
Central Connecticut State junior diver captured a pair of bronzes at the 2026 ECAC Championship this weekend. The meet was hosted by Bucknell University.
The 2026 NEC Outstanding Diver of the Year, Carroll dove on both the 1-meter and 3-meter boards at the ECAC Championship. On Friday, she scored 238.35 points in the finals of the 1-meter board, just 0.1 points shy of a silver medal. Saturday she earned 244.5 points in the finals of the 3-meter event, to capture her second bronze medal. Her finals effort was 21 points higher than her preliminary score, where she was fifth.
Carroll has won the NEC Outstanding Diver of the Year award in each of the past two seasons, winning gold on both boards during each campaign.
