Kenney Places In 50 Back At CSCAA NIC

Blue Devils had two rookies in action on Thursday

The Central Connecticut swimming and diving team had four swims on the opening day of the CSCAA National Invitational Championship in Ocala, FL on Thursday.

Addison Kenney placed 20th in the consolation final of the 50-backstroke, touching at 26.02 in the evening swim. She went 25.36 in prelims, qualifying 19th

Kenney also swam the 200 IM on Thursday, going 2:06.36.

Grace M. Young went 23.05 in the prelims of the 50-freestyle.

The Blue Devils are back in action on Friday morning, with Kenney swimming the 100 backstroke and joining Sophie Milhomens, Young and Maggie Rutledge in the 800-freestyle relay.
